Please check these items before opening a support request:
Unable to connect to your VPS during deployment. Check SSH keys, firewall rules, and server availability.
Build or deploy step fails. Review the deployment log for the exact error.
Certificate not issued or not renewing. Verify DNS is correctly configured and ports 80/443 are open.
Domain not resolving to your app. Check DNS A record or CNAME, and allow for propagation time.
App crashes or behaves unexpectedly. Verify env vars are correctly set in your Klystrr project settings.
Payment failed, plan limits reached, or account access problems. Email us directly.
Invite code not accepted, credits not received after a referral, or referral link not working. Check that signup used your exact link, then contact us.
